Conference talks and workshops for operator and engineering audiences, built around production work rather than a market forecast. The through-line is always the same: demos are easy, week three is hard, and the difference is almost entirely evaluation and escalation design.
Thirty to forty-five minutes plus questions, or a half-day workshop where the room builds and breaks an eval suite against a real agent. Workshops need laptops and about ten participants to work properly. Slides are shared afterwards with the sources intact rather than a stripped PDF.
Travel is covered for events outside the US Southeast; fees are waived for community and trade-association events where the audience is operators rather than vendors. Email directly with date, audience, and room size — a decision usually comes back the same week.
