Two kinds of partner: technology vendors whose products are inside builds, and delivery partners who take work we cannot. Both are listed with the commercial relationship stated, because a partner page that hides referral economics is an advertisement pretending to be a recommendation.
Model, speech, telephony, and retrieval vendors appear on the technology page with their role named. None of them pays for placement here, and several are used specifically because they are cheaper than the better-marketed alternative. Where a vendor offers partner pricing, the saving is passed through rather than kept as margin.
Referrals to delivery partners are unpaid unless the partner page says otherwise. When work is referred out because our build calendar is full, that is stated to the customer at the time. The referral fee arrangement, where one exists, is disclosed before the introduction rather than after the sale.
