Each playbook maps a single trade end to end: ten use cases with the problem, the AI approach, the actual stack, and the outcome; a tool table with costs; a with-and-without comparison; a four-phase timeline; three scenarios; and six answered objections. Statistics carry their source.
A landing page tells you the category works. A playbook tells you which ten jobs inside your business are actually automatable, which two of them pay for the whole system, and which three you should leave alone. The last group is usually the most useful part and it is the part vendors never publish.
Read the ten use cases and rank them by how often the problem happens in your week, not by how impressive the solution sounds. Build the top one. The timeline section tells you what week two through week four look like so you can plan around the go-live rather than being surprised by it.
