INDUSTRY · AI RECEPTIONIST

An AI receptionist built for hotels.

Direct booking calls and guest questions answered in your voice while the desk works the line in the lobby. We build the voice and chat agent end to end for hotels — your scripts, your pricing rules, your booking flow — and wire it into the system your jobs already live in. Published pricing, no platform lock-in.

What hotels are actually losing

The three failure points in hotels

Does it write into our PMS?

Cloudbeds, Mews, Opera Cloud and RoomRaccoon are the systems named on our hotels page, so availability lookup, reservation creation and guest profile updates run against them. A property on a different PMS gets its integration path confirmed on the scoping call before anything is committed.

Will guests be able to tell it is not our front desk?

It opens with your property name, and it identifies itself as an automated assistant where local rules require that. Pace, tone and pronunciation are tuned to the property — your restaurant's name, your neighborhood, the landmarks people mispronounce — so it does not read like a generic phone tree.

What happens with a complaint at two in the morning?

It does not try to resolve it. Complaints, safety issues and anything involving a room move route straight to your night manager on the escalation path you define, with the room number, the guest name and what was actually said already captured so the human does not start from nothing.
