A case study here is the arithmetic of one deployment: what was being missed before, what the agent captured, what it cost to build and run, and the parts that did not work. No testimonial photography, no unattributable quotes, and no revenue figures we cannot reconstruct from the inputs.
Publishing a customer's operating numbers needs their explicit permission, and most operators do not want their missed-call rate on the public internet. We would rather publish three studies with real permission than fifteen composites. Where a study is anonymised, the page says so.
Use the playbooks and the results model instead. Both give you the arithmetic to run against your own numbers, which is more useful than someone else's outcome anyway. And call the live demo — a working agent is a stronger proof than a PDF about one.
