TRAINYOURAGENT

Six pillars, and what each one is responsible for.

Solutions are grouped by the outcome they own rather than by the technology behind them. Voice owns the phone line. Chat owns the site. Sites owns the conversion surface. Infrastructure owns integration and reliability. Media owns the assets. Growth owns the loop that feeds all of it.

The pillars

How pillars combine in practice

Almost nobody buys one. A typical Operators build is voice plus infrastructure, because a voice agent that cannot write to dispatch is a very expensive answering machine. Growth is usually the second phase, once there is enough conversation data to know which follow-ups are worth automating.

What is deliberately not a pillar

There is no strategy pillar and no transformation pillar, because both are how agencies bill for slideware. Every pillar here ships something that runs. If the recommendation is that you should not build anything yet, you get that in a written note rather than as a paid engagement.
