TRAINYOURAGENT

The loops that run after the first conversation.

Growth is the second build almost every customer wants once voice is live, because the conversation data makes the opportunities obvious. Speed-to-lead follow-up, no-show recovery, review requests timed to the job, and reactivation of customers who have gone quiet.

The four loops, in order of return

Why these are cheap to build second

They reuse the knowledge base, the escalation policy, and the integrations that the first agent already required. The expensive artifact is your structured business knowledge, and it is already paid for. A growth loop is usually days of work rather than weeks.

The consent constraint

Outbound is where compliance actually bites. Loops run only against contacts with recorded consent, honour opt-out immediately rather than at the next sync, and respect time-of-day windows enforced by the system. That constraint removes some of the volume and all of the legal exposure.
