TRAINYOURAGENT

Assets that show the system, not a mood.

The media pillar produces the proof a sceptical buyer looks for: a recording of an agent handling a difficult call, a walkthrough of a build from discovery to go-live, and product footage of real interface. Stock imagery and abstract motion graphics are not in scope.

What gets produced

The asset that converts best

A recording of an agent handling something badly and escalating correctly. It outperforms every polished demo, because every buyer in this category is privately worried about exactly that moment and nobody else is willing to show it to them.

Consent and redaction

Nothing is published without the customer's written permission and nothing identifying the caller survives the edit. In regulated trades the answer is usually a re-enactment against the same script rather than a real recording, and the asset says which it is.
