TRAINYOURAGENT

The platform, streaming, anonymised.

A public feed of what is happening on the platform right now, stripped of anything identifying: a call answered in a metro, a booking created, an escalation fired, a deploy shipped. It exists because a live system producing events is a stronger claim than a page asserting it has customers.

Event types in the stream

What is stripped

No business names, no caller numbers, no transcript content, and no timestamps precise enough to correlate an event back to a specific customer. Regions are metro-level. If an event could be tied to one identifiable business, it is either aggregated further or not published.

How to read it

Volume is not the interesting signal — the ratio is. Escalations against calls answered tells you how often the agents hit their limits, and deploy events against escalation clusters shows the retraining loop closing. Both are visible here in a way a marketing metric never is.
