Reservations, takeout and catering taken on the first ring while the host stand is three parties deep. We build the voice and chat agent end to end for restaurants — your scripts, your pricing rules, your booking flow — and wire it into the system your jobs already live in. Published pricing, no platform lock-in.
What restaurants are actually losing
Seven o'clock. Four parties waiting to be seated, one of them asking about an allergy, and a phone that has now rung eleven times. Someone lifts the handset and puts it straight back down.
An order read back across a loud dining room is an order that arrives wrong, and a wrong order is a refund plus a review. The agent takes it somewhere quiet, repeats it, and sends the payment link before the kitchen ever sees a ticket.
The forty-cover catering inquiry comes in at four in the afternoon, during changeover, when the only person free is the one least equipped to price it. It goes on a pad, and the pad goes in the trash at midnight.

Does it book straight into our reservation system?
SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable and Tock are the reservation platforms named across our hospitality pages, and Toast is in our integration catalog for restaurant point of sale. Party size, time and seating preference write into the book directly; a different system gets confirmed on the scoping call rather than assumed.
Can it answer allergy and menu questions?
It answers from your live menu and your allergen sheet and is explicitly instructed not to improvise. Substitutions, cross-contamination questions and anything the kitchen has to sign off on get a straight 'let me check' and a handoff to a manager, because guessing on that question is how people get hurt.
What does it do to us during a rush?
Nothing — that is the point. Takeout and reservation calls are the ones that compete directly with the guests standing in front of you, so the agent absorbs them, quotes your real pickup window rather than an optimistic one, and passes the order through the same path your existing online orders take.
