Eleven things we shipped. Every number is checkable.
This page replaced case studies that carried invented customers and invented figures. What is here instead: 11 systems that exist in repositories we can point at, and 87 numbers that each carry the command you can run to check them.
The portfolio
UD Growth Engine — A full revenue operating system — lead capture, dispatch, quoting, marketing and reporting — built as one Postgres-first platform for our own roofing company. 2,245 commits in 71 days (31.6/day).
Sovereign — A Tauri 2 desktop application that keeps its data, its secrets and its audit trail on the operator's own machine rather than in someone else's cloud. 38,857 lines of Rust across 115 modules.
Coast — A native iOS companion for people on GLP-1 medication, with real subscription infrastructure and a hardcoded safety guard that runs before any language model call. 7 crisis categories intercepted before the LLM.
Last Signal — A mobile survivor game built in Unity 6 with the Universal Render Pipeline, a Supabase backend and complete store-listing packaging for both app stores. 465 C# scripts (177,390 lines) under Assets.
CurrentAds.net — The website and lead system for CurrentAds, our sister performance-advertising agency — server-rendered React 19 running as a single Cloudflare Worker on D1. 74 file-based routes on one Worker.
Whisper — A real-time conversational voice platform where speech-to-text, a language model and speech synthesis complete a full turn in under a second. 700–1000ms measured warm turn, end to end.
Ghost Agency — An autonomous agency pipeline where seven Python agents find businesses, contact them, build them a site, close the sale, deliver it and run the operations. 7 agents, each with its own scheduled workflow.
ClipperBot — An eight-agent pipeline that transcribes long-form video, finds the moments worth clipping, cuts and captions them, and posts them across multiple accounts. 8 agents, including a dedicated auditor and security agent.
Stack — A native iOS marketplace for fitness professionals, with Stripe Connect payouts, and an automated pre-submission secret audit wired into the Xcode build. 10 secret patterns that fail the build.
This site — The site you are on — 708 static URLs generated from a single route manifest, with build-time assertions that fail the deploy if any page duplicates another. 708 URLs, each with a unique title and h1.
Seven Lights Counseling — A site for an integrative psychotherapy practice, built so that a visitor researching therapy is not tracked by anybody while they do it. 0 third-party trackers in the dependency tree.
What each one is, and how close to us it is
UD Growth Engine: Our own company, In production, 13 June — 23 August 2026. Our role: Architecture, schema, edge functions, CI enforcement, site generation
Sovereign: Internal build, Built, not launched, 2026. Our role: Rust backend, Tauri shell, security model, CI
This site: Our own company, In production, 2026. Our role: Everything — architecture, content system, prerenderer, routing guard
Seven Lights Counseling: Client build, In production, 2026. Our role: Site architecture, motion system, compliance pages, funnel
Capabilities these systems actually demonstrate
AI agents — Multi-agent pipelines, LLM routing, voice loops.
Web — Rendered sites and applications on the edge.
Mobile — Native iOS, subscriptions, on-device safety.
Data platforms — Postgres, migrations, RLS, scheduled work.
Automation — Scheduled jobs, publishing, CI enforcement.
Games — Engine work, shaders, store packaging.
What is deliberately not on this page
openclaw-squad — A multi-strategy Solana trading bot. Highest regulatory sensitivity in the portfolio, and the repository holds live operational state. Not published in any form.
nero-trading — Autonomous trading strategy plugin. Same regulatory reasoning as openclaw-squad. Excluded on category, not on quality.
tyaflow — Publicly described as a workflow automation platform. It is a scaffolded 15-step lead-qualification form with no workflow engine behind it. There is no honest framing in which it belongs on a portfolio, so it is not on one.
xfactor-peptides — Research-chemical e-commerce. Substantial build, but the regulatory sensitivity of the category makes it a poor lead exhibit for a B2B portfolio.
rosevein / pink-salt-range — Already on the internal showcase's excluded list. Real sites, but they demonstrate nothing this portfolio does not show better elsewhere.
nero / vero / nero-vero-core — Interesting shared agent runtime, but too thin on disk (vero is 10KB, nero-vero-core 9KB) to support a page of claims. Revisit when there is something to measure.
Lovable/Rork scaffolds (ai-pro-sphere, radiant-lead-capture, figma-clone-craft, roast-riffs-ai, meme-oracle-alpha, solar-insights-navigator, and similar) — The only honest description is 'generated scaffold, lightly edited'. Excluded as a class rather than individually.
