• Open the public commit history and check shipping cadence by week.
• Load any of the industry playbooks and check the cited sources.
• Read the architecture page for latency targets and the fallback chain.

What we do not claim

There are no logo walls from companies we never worked with, no invented testimonial headshots, and no revenue figures we cannot source. Where a number is modelled rather than measured, the page says modelled. That is a smaller proof surface than most competitors advertise, and it is the honest one.

Anthropic Claude as the reasoning layer with Groq, Gemini, and OpenAI in a fallback chain so a single provider outage never leaves a caller on a silent line. Deepgram for streaming speech recognition, Cartesia and ElevenLabs for voice, Twilio for the phone leg, Pinecone for retrieval. Named vendors, so you can price them yourself.
