Does it book into our scheduling software?
Mindbody, Boulevard, Vagaro and Square are the platforms named on our spa page, so appointment creation, provider matching and client lookup run against them. Any other system is scoped on the call before it goes into a proposal.
Will it take deposits?
Yes, on the terms you set. It states your cancellation window, sends a payment link during the call, and only confirms the appointment once the deposit clears. That is a policy your desk already has and rarely enforces consistently; the agent enforces it the same way for every caller.
Does it sound rushed?
No, and that is a deliberate build choice. For a spa we slow the pace down, stop the agent stacking questions, and strip out the hard-close phrasing that works on a dispatch line and reads badly on yours. You hear the voice and approve it before it ever answers a real call.
