Trial bookings, class questions and cancellation requests handled at the hours your front desk is empty. We build the voice and chat agent end to end for gyms and studios — your scripts, your pricing rules, your booking flow — and wire it into the system your jobs already live in. Published pricing, no platform lock-in.
What gyms and studios are actually losing
The person who decides to join a gym decides at night, on their phone, after a bad day. Your desk closed at eight and the decision does not survive until morning.
A coach mid-session is the wrong person to move someone from the 6am to the 7am. The agent takes the reschedule, works the waitlist, and tells the next person on it that a place opened.
Freezes and cancellations turn ugly when three staff members apply the policy three different ways. The agent applies exactly one version of it, logs the request, and hands the genuine retention conversations to a human.

Does it book into our management software?
Mindbody, Wellness Living, Glofox and Zen Planner are the platforms named on our fitness page, and class bookings, trial passes and waitlist positions write into them. Anything else is confirmed on the scoping call before it appears in a proposal.
Will it try to sell memberships?
It runs whatever your front desk runs — the trial pass, the tour booking, the intro pack — and it does not improvise pricing. A caller asking for a discount that is not on your rate card gets booked with a human rather than handed a number the agent made up.
Can it handle cancellations without losing the member?
Cancellations go through your actual policy: notice period, billing date, whether a freeze or a plan change is an option. The agent offers those first because that is what your policy says to do, and anyone who declines lands on your retention list with the stated reason attached.
