How changes are handled

Each document carries its own last-reviewed date. Material changes are notified to customers under an active agreement before they take effect rather than published silently. The sub-processor list is the one most likely to change, and it is the one where advance notice matters most to your own compliance posture.

This page is an index, not the contract

The binding text of every policy lives on its own page. Where a summary here and the document disagree, the document governs. If a term is unclear, ask before signing — questions about specific clauses are answered directly rather than routed to a legal alias.
