Terms of service.

The agreement covering both halves of what we sell: the software platform and the build engagement delivered against it. It defines the service, the parties' obligations, payment and term, intellectual property in what is built, liability limits, and how the agreement ends.

What the document covers

The clauses worth reading twice

Ownership and portability — what happens to your transcripts, your knowledge base, and your phone number if the agreement ends. Liability limits, particularly around agent behaviour on a live call. And the term: service is month-to-month with no notice period, which is unusual enough in this category to be worth confirming.

Reading this alongside the other documents

The acceptable use policy defines prohibited use, the AI use policy defines what models see and retain, the service level agreement defines availability commitments, and the data processing agreement governs personal data. All four are incorporated by reference and should be read together rather than separately.
