COMPARISON · ALTERNATIVES

The honest Goodcall alternative.

Goodcall is $79 a month for 100 unique customers, $129 for 250 and $249 for 500 per agent, with unlimited minutes and tokens, $0.50 per extra unique caller and 15% off annual. It is the only vendor in this category billing by unique caller rather than by minute or by call, and that one decision makes it either…

Run this one calculation before anything else.

Divide your monthly call count by the number of distinct phone numbers that called you. Above about 2.0, price Goodcall first — your callers repeat, so you are billed for far fewer units than anyone else charges you for, and the unlimited minutes mean a twelve-minute call costs the same as a thirty-second one. Below about 1.3, do not: a contractor taking 300 cold inbound leads a month burns 300 unique customers and pays $249 plus overage, where Rosie would charge $149 for the same traffic.

Who this actually suits.

Property managers, dental and medical practices, gyms, veterinary clinics, repair shops with a service-contract base — anywhere the same people call back. A property manager whose eighty tenants each call four times a month is billed for eighty customers rather than 320 calls, with unlimited minutes on top. Against a per-call meter that is not a close contest. The businesses it suits worst are the ones running paid acquisition, where nearly every caller is new by design.

Unlimited minutes is the feature, and it has a ceiling.

Unlimited minutes removes the incentive to rush a caller, which is a genuine advantage over every per-minute vendor on the market. What it does not remove is the boundary around what a self-serve product can know: your calendar, your price book, your CRM fields, your escalation rules. Goodcall is a well-priced answer to answering the phone. It is not an answer to running your intake, and it does not claim to be.

What is a unique customer on Goodcall?

A caller with a distinct phone number who interacts with the agent in a given month, counted once regardless of how many times they call or how long they talk. Extra unique customers beyond your plan are $0.50 each. Figures read off goodcall.com on 9 September 2026.

Goodcall or Rosie?

Calls divided by distinct callers above 2.0, or calls that routinely run long: Goodcall. Mostly new, mostly short callers: Rosie at $49 is cheaper for the same traffic. It is genuinely a pricing-model question rather than a quality one, and your own call log answers it in about five minutes.

Where this lands in production

The closest thing we run to a like-for-like replacement is Follow-up and No-show System — what repeat callers are actually worth. That is the page to read if you want the build, the integrations, and the operating cost rather than the positioning argument.
