A guided set of questions about how enquiries arrive, what happens to them, and where they stop. The output names the leak — coverage, speed, qualification, follow-up, or capacity — and says which of them AI actually fixes and which are process problems wearing a technology costume.

The two that AI does not fix

Capacity and pricing. If you are already turning work away, an agent that books more of it makes your delivery problem worse and your reviews worse with it. The diagnostic says so and recommends nothing, which is the correct output for maybe one business in six.

Why order of operations matters

Fixing speed before coverage means faster responses to the fraction of enquiries you already see. Fixing qualification before follow-up means qualifying leads you then abandon. The diagnostic returns a sequence, not a list, because the sequence is where most of the value is.
