A two-evening programmatic SEO build that ranked us for 84 long-tail city + vertical combos inside 90 days. Here's the template, the data structure, the deploy, and the three things we screwed up.
In the last weekend of April 2026 I shipped 200 SEO landing pages to trainyouragent.com. By the second week of May we were ranking page-one for 84 long-tail combos like "ai voice agent for hvac tampa," "ai receptionist for dental clinic miami," "ai chat agent for solar installer phoenix." The whole thing was one React component, one TypeScript array, one route, and a sitemap regen. Total build time: about 11 hours over two evenings. Total compute cost to host: ~$0. Total long-tail organic clicks captured to date: ~6,400.
The thesis Most B2B SaaS sites have 8-12 pages: home, pricing, features, about, blog, contact. They all target high-volume head terms ("ai voice agent," "ai customer support") where they're competing against companies that raised $40M. The unfair advantage for a small operator is the long tail. Nobody is writing landing pages for "ai voice agent for plumbing companies in cleveland." But that's exactly what the small Cleveland plumbing owner is googling. If you show up there, the click-through-to-book rate is ~10x what you'd get from a generic search.

It is filed under AI Marketing because that is where operators looking for this problem actually start, and it is written from production work rather than from a content calendar.
