The credit, disclosed

Published testimonials earn account credit on your next invoice, plus a link to your business from your industry's page. That is an incentive and it is disclosed here and on the testimonials page, because an undisclosed incentive is what makes a review wall meaningless.

Approval and removal

Nothing is published until you have seen it in place. Removal is one message and takes effect the same day, including from any page that quotes it. The fourth question above — who this would not work for — is the one we most want you to answer honestly.
