Everything stage one of the pipeline needs, in one form. It takes about fifteen minutes and it is the difference between an agent that sounds like your business and one that sounds like a template. Nothing here is marketing qualification — every field feeds a prompt, a retrieval index, or an integration.

The four sections

• Call path — who answers now, what happens after hours, what goes to voicemail.
• Systems — dispatch or CRM, calendar, payment link, SMS provider, phone carrier.
• Rules — pricing tiers, trip fees, service-area boundaries, who gets escalated to and when.
• Assets — call recordings, service menu, FAQ list, existing scripts.

Why recordings matter more than scripts

A script tells us what you meant to say. Two hours of recordings tell us what you actually say when a customer is annoyed, when the price is higher than they hoped, and when you have to say no. Tone training runs off the second one. If you have no recordings, we start with a scripted baseline and retune from live calls in week two.

What happens to what you send

Assets are used to build your agent and nothing else. Recordings are transcribed, used for tone extraction, and deleted on request. Healthcare builds run under a signed BAA before any patient information moves, with redaction applied before transcripts reach any logging system.
